Blueprint for housing development in Los Gatos receives state approval

The seventh draft of Los Gatos' Housing Element was approved by the state after much revision. The document outlines plans to build 1,993 housing units, mainly through redevelopment due to geographical boundaries and wildfire risk. The town council will now work on implementing the plans outlined in the Housing Element.
